• 1 tb Horseradish
• 1/4 c Milk
• 1 x Onion
• 3 tb B. sugar
• 1 ts Salt
• 1/4 ts Pepper
• 3/4 c Oatmeal
• 1/2 c Catsup
• 1 tb Horseradish
• 2 lb Grd chuck or sirloin
• 2 ts Mustard
• 2 x Eggs
• 1/2 c Catsup

• Step #1 mix first 9 ingredients; shape into two 7 1/2x4" loaves.
• Step #2 Place on a lightly greased rack of a broiler pan; bake this at 350 deg for 40 min.
• Step #3 mix 1/2 c catsup, 1 T horseradish & remaining ingredients; spoon over meatloaf & bake an extra 5 min.
• Step #4 Yields 2 loaves.
• Step #5 NOTE May freeze the second loaf.
