Ingredients
  • 9 c Corn, popped
  • 1/3 c Peanut butter
  • 1 tb Butter or margarine

Directions
  • Step #1 Pop the corn.
  • Step #2 This recipe is calculated on corn popped in an air type popper without added fat for fewer calories.
  • Step #3 over low heat/flame melt the butter or margarine with peanut butter until runny.
  • Step #4 Drizzle over the popcorn & mix well.
  • Step #5 Spread in shallow baking pans & bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 mins, stirring 2 or 3 times.
  • Step #6 The corn will crisp & topping will set.
  • Step #7 1 c = 107 cal.
  • Step #8 1/3 brd, 2/3 high fat meat exch, 1/3 fat exch.
