Ingredients

Peeled Apple, finely sliced
3 tb Sour cream
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Baking Powder
3 x Eggs, separated
3 tb Flour

Directions

Step #1 Separate eggs & add sour cream, apple, baking powder and cinnamon to the yolks, flour, stirring well.
Step #2 Beat egg whites until peaks form, & fold into yolk mixture.
Step #3 Cook on hot, lightly greased griddle until golden brown.
Step #4 Delicious served with a dollop of sour cream & maple syrup.
Step #5 Makes about 12.
