Ingredients
Tomato; sliced
Avocado; sliced
10 oz RO TEL Tomato w/Green Chili
Picante Sauce
16 oz Refried Beans
Cheese; shredded
6 Flour Tortillas
Sour Cream
Lettuce; shredded
1 lb Pork Tenderloin; chunked
Directions
Step #1 Brown pork over med-heat/flame until tender.
Step #2 Drain excess grease.
Step #3 Add RO TEL Tomatoes & Green Chilies & picante sauce to taste.
Step #4 cook this until tomatoes are tender.
Step #5 Reduce heat & add refried beans.
Step #6 Simmer until mixed well.
Step #7 Deep fry 6" flour tortillas until light brown.
Step #8 top this with meat, bean & tomato mixture.
Step #9 top this with shredded cheese, sliced tomato, shredded lettuce, sliced avocado & sour cream if desired.
