La Parilla Authentic Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients
  • Tomato; sliced
  • Avocado; sliced
  • 10 oz RO TEL Tomato w/Green Chili
  • Picante Sauce
  • 16 oz Refried Beans
  • Cheese; shredded
  • 6 Flour Tortillas
  • Sour Cream
  • Lettuce; shredded
  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin; chunked

Directions
  • Step #1 Brown pork over med-heat/flame until tender.
  • Step #2 Drain excess grease.
  • Step #3 Add RO TEL Tomatoes & Green Chilies & picante sauce to taste.
  • Step #4 cook this until tomatoes are tender.
  • Step #5 Reduce heat & add refried beans.
  • Step #6 Simmer until mixed well.
  • Step #7 Deep fry 6" flour tortillas until light brown.
  • Step #8 top this with meat, bean & tomato mixture.
  • Step #9 top this with shredded cheese, sliced tomato, shredded lettuce, sliced avocado & sour cream if desired.
