• 3 c Water
• 3/4 c Lemon juice
• 1 1/2 ts Grated lemon peel
• 1 1/4 c Sugar

• Step #1 mix water, sugar & lemon peel in medium saucepan.
• Step #2 Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
• Step #3 remove this from heat & allow to cool.
• Step #4 Pour mixture into canister of ice cream maker.
• Step #5 stir in the lemon juice.
• Step #6 Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
• Step #7 Makes 1 quart.
