Lemon Mint Lamb Chops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 c Milk
  • 3 1/2 Lemons
  • 1 tb Gelatin
  • 1 1/2 c Sugar
  • 2 Egg whites
  • Few grains salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Soften gelatin in 1/2 c cold milk.
  • Step #2 Dissolve over hot water.
  • Step #3 Dissolve sugar & salt in 1 c milk which has been heated.
  • Step #4 Add remainder of milk & the gelatin.
  • Step #5 slowly add lemon juice, stirring constantly.
  • Step #6 Partially freeze.
  • Step #7 Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
  • Step #8 Continue freezing until firm.
  • Step #9 12 servings.
