  • 1 c Couscous
  • 2 oz Apricots, dried; finely sliced
  • 1/3 ts Cardamom
  • 1 ts Margarine, nondairy

Directions
  • Step #1 mix water, apricots, margarine & cardamom in 1 quart casserole dish.
  • Step #2 Cover.
  • Step #3 Microwave on high for 4 mins, or until water reaches full boil.
  • Step #4 Add couscous.
  • Step #5 Cover.
  • Step #6 let this stand 5 mins or until liquid is absorbed.
