Cheesy Stuffed Lobster Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 (6 oz) raw lobster tails, shelled
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
  • 2 c crushed buttery round crackers
  • 8 oz processed cheese food, cubed
  • 1/2 c sliced cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 c butter, melted
  • 1 c milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat the oven to 325F degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Step #2 In a medium bowl, mix the crackers & shrimp.
  • Step #3 Stir in the melted butter to form a stuffing.
  • Step #4 Spread on top of the lobster tails & roll from one end of the tail to the other.
  • Step #5 If the tails are too thick, slice them in half horizontally to make them thinner.
  • Step #6 Secure the rolls with toothpicks & place this in a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
  • Step #7 In a saucepan over med-heat/flame, mix the cream of shrimp soup, milk & cheese.
  • Step #8 Cook & stir until cheese has melted.
  • Step #9 Pour over the stuffed lobster tails.
  • Step #10 Top with any stuffing mixture that you may have left over.
  • Step #11 Bake for 25 mins in the preheated oven, or until sauce is hot & lobster meat is opaque.
