1 1/2 ts Lemon juice; fresh squezzed or more to taste
1 c 1% low-fat cottage cheese;
2 tb Buttermilk;
Directions
Step #1 In a mixer, place cottage cheese, buttermilk & lemon juice.
Step #2 mix until smooth.
