Low-cal: Double Salmon Spread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 ts Salt;
  • 1/4 ts Paprika;
  • 2 tb Lemon juice;
  • 1 ea Tomatoes; sliced
  • 1 ea Pepper, green; in rings
  • 1/4 ts Pepper; fresh ground
  • 2 ea Lemons;
  • 1 1/2 lb Fish fillets;
  • 1 sm Onion; sliced
  • 1 cl Garlic; minced
  • 2 tb Oil, olive;

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut the 2 lemons into wedges.
  • Step #2 Cut the fish into serving sized pieces.
  • Step #3 place this in oven-proof baking dish.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top with salt, paprika and pepper.
  • Step #5 top this with green pepper rings, tomato slices, & onion slices.
  • Step #6 Mix lemon juice, oill & garlic.
  • Step #7 Pour over the fish fillets.
  • Step #8 Cover & bake 15 mins at 375^F.
  • Step #9 Uncover & bake about 10-13 mins longer or until fish flakes easily.
  • Step #10 serve this with lemon wedges.
