Directions
Step #1 Cook lasagna noodles; drain & set aside.
Step #2 In skillet or fry pan, cook meat; drain fat & place meat in colander.
Step #3 Rinse with hot water.
Step #4 Add mushrooms & onion to cooked meat.
Step #5 In a 9x13x2-inch baking pan, half cottage cheese, layer one-third of cooked lasagna noodles with half the meat mixture, half carrots, half Mozzarella and one third sauce.
Step #6 Repeat layers.
Step #7 top this with remaining noodles & sauce.
Step #8 Cook uncovered for 35 mins at 350 degrees.
