2 2/3 c FIRMLY PACKED BROWN SUGAR
2 ts VANILLA
1 1/2 c BUTTER OR MARGARINE
4 x EGGS
2 ts SODA
3 c M&M PLAIN CANDIES
4 1/2 c FLOUR
1 ts SALT

Directions

Step #1 BEAT TOGETHER THE SUGAR & MARGARINE UNTIL LIGHT & FLUFFY.
Step #2 mix IN EGGS & VANILLA.
Step #3 ADD mixD FLOUR, SODA & SALT.
Step #4 MIX WELL.
Step #5 stir in the CANDIES.
Step #6 DROP DOUGH BY HEAPING tbspFULS ONTO GREASED COOKIE SHEET ABOUT 3" APART.
Step #7 PRESS 3 OR 4 CANDIES INTO TOP OF EACH COOKIE.
Step #8 bake this at 350 DEG F.
Step #9 FOR 10 TO 12 mins.
