Ingredients
  • 225 g Mange-tout, topped & tailed
  • 25 g Pine nuts - browned under the grill
  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • Sea salt

Directions
  • Step #1 A simple stir-fry of mange-tout with browned pine nuts mixs two lovelyflavours & mouth-wateringly crunchy textures.
  • Step #2 Stir-fry the mange-tout in the hot oil for 3-4 mins until tender but still slightlycrisp.
  • Step #3 Add the browned pine nuts, stir this together, & Spice up this with a little sea salt.
  • Step #4 Serve as soon as possible.
