Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb Chinese cabbage, trimmed & finely sliced
  • 1 tb Soy Sauce
  • 1 tb Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tb Salt
  • 1 lb Lean ground pork
  • 2 tb Cold water
  • 1 tb Finely sliced fresh ginger
  • 1 tb Dry sherry

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl, mix all except cabbage.
  • Step #2 Mix well.
  • Step #3 Add cabbage & mix until thoroughly mixed.
  • Step #4 Fill each wrapper with about 2 tsp.
  • Step #5 of filling.
  • Step #6 Fold edges together to make a half moon shape, pinching & pleating top edge to make a ruffled edge.
  • Step #7 Enlist assistance with the wrapping.
  • Step #8 It makes the work go faster.
