• 1 ct Frozen puff pastry, thawed
• 1 1/2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
• 3/4 lb Ground beef, browned,
• 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
• & cut into 5" squares

• Step #1 mix filling ingredients.
• Step #2 In center of squares, put a heaping 1/3 cful of filling; moisten edges of pastry with water, fold over to form triangles; press with fork to seal.
• Step #3 bake this at 400F.
• Step #4 aabout 20 mins or until golden brown.
