Minted Pears With Honey Walnuts Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 sm Cantaloupes, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 2 tb Lemon juice
  • 1/4 c sliced mint
  • 1/2 c Slivered toasted almonds
  • 6 Medium-size peaches, peeled, pitted & sliced
  • 1/2 c Ornage juice

Directions
  • Step #1 FROM: Reader's Digest Cook Now, almonds, stir this together the cantaloupe, peaches, Serve Later In a large bowl, orange juice & lemon juice.
  • Step #2 (At this point the fruit can be put in the fridged, tightly covered, for up to 8 hrs.
  • Step #3 ) Just before serving, toss with the mint.
  • Step #4 Serve cold or at room temperature.
