Campbell's Tomato French Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
  • Olives
  • Tomato soup
  • 2 tb Olive or vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cn CAMPBELL'S condensed Italian
  • 1/2 ts Water
  • 4 c Hot cooked egg noodles
  • 2 c Sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tb Burgundy or other dry wine
  • 1/4 c Sliced VLASIC pimento stuff
  • 4 ea Chicken breast halves
  • Skinless, boneless
  • Fresh oregano for garnish

Directions
  • Step #1 In 10" skillet over medium high heat, in 1 tbsp hot oil, cook chicken 10 mins or until browned on both sides.
  • Step #2 Remove; set aside.
  • Step #3 Reduce heat to medium.
  • Step #4 In remaining 1 tbsp hot oil, cook mushrooms until tender & liquid is evaporated, stirring often.
  • Step #5 Stir in soup, water, olives & wine.
  • Step #6 Heat to boiling.
  • Step #7 Return chicken to skillet.
  • Step #8 Reduce heat to low.
  • Step #9 Cover; cook 5 mins or until chicken is on longer pink, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #10 serve this with noodles.
  • Step #11 Sprinkle top with cheese.
  • Step #12 Garnish with oregano, if desired.
