Chicken Little Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 c confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • GLAZE:
  • 3 tbsps butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tsps ground cinnamon
  • 1 (1 lb) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1/2 c raisins

Directions
  • Step #1 On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a 14-in.
  • Step #2 x 10-in.
  • Step #3 rectangle.
  • Step #4 Brush with butter.
  • Step #5 Combine the sugar, cinnamon & lemon peel; sprinkle evenly over butter.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top with raisins.
  • Step #7 Starting from along side, roll dough up tightly.
  • Step #8 Seal seams.
  • Step #9 Slice into 12 rolls; place this in a greased 11-in.
  • Step #10 x 7-in.
  • Step #11 x 2-in.
  • Step #12 baking pan.
  • Step #13 Cover & let rise until doubled, about 45 mins.
  • Step #14 Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 mins or until golden brown.
  • Step #15 Cool for 10 mins.
  • Step #16 Combine the glaze ingredients; brush over rolls.
