Oregano Sirloin Steak Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pk Yeast
  • 3/4 Polenta; uncooked
  • 3 Water
  • 3 pt Garlic; crushed
  • 6 pt Parsley flakes [dry]
  • 8 Flour, bread
  • 2 pt Salt, preferably
  • 4 pt Oregano; dried

Directions
  • Step #1 1/2 ea Pepper; coarse black Proof yeast in 4 T of the water.
  • Step #2 Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the liquids.
  • Step #3 Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for 10-12 mins.
  • Step #4 The dough should have a coarse look, stretchy, tacky but not sticky, but will be cohesive, & resilient.
  • Step #5 Allow the dough to rise for about 1-1/2 hrs (until double in size).
  • Step #6 Punch it down, & allow it to rise again for 1-1 1/2 hrs.
  • Step #7 Punch it down again.
  • Step #8 Cut the dough into two (2) pieces & form into rounds or french loaves.
  • Step #9 Allow to proof for 1 hr, then bake like french breads in a 350 oven with steam or spray for 45 mins.
  • Step #10 Cool before cutting.
