Ingredients
  • 1/2 c Carob powder
  • 2 ts Baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c Honey
  • 1 c Milk
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 lb Soft butter or margarine
  • 3 c Whole wheat flour
  • 1 ts Vanilla

Directions
  • Step #1 Cream butter & honey together.
  • Step #2 Beat in eggs well.
  • Step #3 Sift dry ingredients & alterantely with the milk & vanilla.
  • Step #4 Pour in a greased & floured tube pan.
  • Step #5 bake 325F for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs or tested done.
  • Step #6 Note: you may substitute white flour for part of the whole wheat flour.
