  • 1 c Coconut, shredded
  • 1/2 ts Almond Extract
  • 2 c Cereal, flaked
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 c Sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Beat egg whites until light, slowly beat in sugar and salt & continue beating until stiff.
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 Add flavoring & fold in coconut & cereal.
  • Step #5 3.
  • Step #6 Drop from tip of a tsp onto greased cookiesheets.
  • Step #7 4.
  • Step #8 Bake in 350 F oven for 15 -20 mins.
