Step #1 Bake potatoes in oven at 350F for one hr or until tender.
Step #2 Allow potatoes to cool.
Step #3 Cut each potato in half lengthwise & scoop out pulp, leaving shell intact.
Step #4 Set pulp aside.
Step #5 In a large bowl, mayonnaise, spicy mustard, green pepper, paprika, mix together the crabmeat, dry mustard, onion, & one tbsp of Old Bay Spice uping.
Step #6 Place potato skins on a cookie sheet.
Step #7 Spoon equal amounts of crab mixture into each potato half.
Step #8 Top the crab mixture with the potato filling.
Step #9 Sprinkle top the remaining Old Bay Spice uping over the potato halves.
Step #10 bake this at 350F for 5 to 10 mins, or until heated through but not dried out.
Step #11 remove this from oven & pour the melted butter over the potato halves.
Step #12 Makes 4 servings of 2 potato halves each.
