  • Step #1 2 pk raspberry gelatin powder 2 c water -- boiling 1 pk gelatin powder 1 c cold water 1 c half & half 1 c sugar 8 oz cream cheese 1 ts vanilla extract 1/2 c mixed nuts -- sliced 1 1/2 c blueberries 1.
  • Step #2 Dissolve 1 package raspberry gelatin in boiling water.
  • Step #3 pour this into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
  • Step #4 Chill until firm.
  • Step #5 2.
  • Step #6 mix packet of unflavored gelatin with cold water; set aside.
  • Step #7 3.
  • Step #8 Mix half & half in saucepan; bring to a boil.
  • Step #9 remove this from heat.
  • Step #10 Add softened cream cheese & beat until very smooth.
  • Step #11 Add vanilla extract, nuts & unflavored gelatin mixture.
  • Step #12 Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
  • Step #13 Cool, then pour over the chilled layer.
  • Step #14 Chill until firm.

  • Step #16 Drain blueberries (if using canned); add enough water to blueberry juice to make 2 c liquid.
  • Step #17 Bring this to a boil.
  • Step #18 add in the remaining raspberry gelatin package; stir until dissolved.
  • Step #19 Cool this mixture then stir in the blueberries.
  • Step #20 5.
  • Step #21 Pour this mixture over cheese layer & chill until firm.
  • Step #22 Decorate with sliced strawberries & a few reserved blueberries if desired.
