Peach Crumble Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 c Sugar
  • Topping
  • 1/2 ts Cinnamon
  • 1/3 c Rolled oats
  • 3 c Peaches, peeled & sliced
  • 3 tb All purpose flour
  • 1/3 c All purpose flour
  • 2 tb Butter, softened
  • 1/2 c Brown sugar
  • 1 Pie crust shell

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven & baking sheet to 375 degrees.
  • Step #2 In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar & cinnamon; stir in the peaches & toss to coat well.
  • Step #3 Pour mixture into pie crust.
  • Step #4 For topping, in a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour & rolled oats.
  • Step #5 Cut in butter until crumbly.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top topping over pie.
  • Step #7 Bake on preheated baking sheet for 40 mins or until golden brown.
  • Step #8 Serve warm or cold.
