Peachy Pizza Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tb Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 c Sour Cream
  • 3 oz Cream Cheese; Softened, 1 Pk
  • 1/3 c Sugar
  • 1 ts Cinnamon
  • 3 c Fresh Peaches: Sliced And Mixed With 1/2 c Sugar OR
  • 3 c Canned Or Frozen Peaches; Drained
  • 2 lg Eggs
  • 1 Unbaked Pie Crust For 10-Inch Pie
  • 2 tb Cornstarch

Directions
  • Step #1 NOTE: You can use up to 1/2 c more fresh peaches if needed for this recipe.
  • Step #2 Mix the peach & cornstarch & set aside.
  • Step #3 Cook the cream cheese & sour cream until it thickens, stirring constantly.
  • Step #4 Mix the eggs, juice & sugar in a mixer bowl.
  • Step #5 Add the cheese mixture & beat until cool.
  • Step #6 Arrange the peaches in the unbaked pie crust.
  • Step #7 Pour the filling over the peaches.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top with the cinnamon.
  • Step #9 Bake in a preheated 425F Degree F.
  • Step #10 oven for 10 mins & then at 350 Degrees F.
  • Step #11 for about 30 to 35 mins.
  • Step #12 Cover with a sheet of foil to retard browning if necessary.
  • Step #13 NOTE: This pie may be made with a double crust.
  • Step #14 Just follow the directions the same as for a single pie crust.
  • Step #15 Cover with a lattice or regular top crust over the pie filling.
