Cream Cheese Jalapeno Hamburgers Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 8 hamburger buns, split
  • 2 c seeded & sliced jalapeno pepper
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat a grill for medium heat.
  • Step #2 When hot, lightly oil the grate.
  • Step #3 In a medium bowl, stir this together the jalapenos & cream cheese.
  • Step #4 Divide the ground beef into 16 portions & pat out each one to 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Step #5 Spoon some of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of 8 of the patties.
  • Step #6 Top with the remaining patties, pressing the edges together to seal.
  • Step #7 Grill for about 10 mins per side, or until well done, taking care not to press down on the burgers as they cook.
  • Step #8 This will make the cheese ooze out.
  • Step #9 Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
