Cinnamon Coffee Cakei Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c water
  • 1 c sliced walnuts
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 c packed brown sugar
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (18.25 oz) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 c vegetable oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan, or a 10 inch Bundt cake pan.
  • Step #3 In a medium bowl, vanilla pudding mix, stir this together the cake mix, & butterscotch pudding mix.
  • Step #4 Add the eggs, oil & water, mix until well mixed.
  • Step #5 In another bowl, stir this together the brown sugar, cinnamon & nuts.
  • Step #6 Pour half of the batter into the pan, spread evenly.
  • Step #7 Sprinkle top with half of the nut mixture.
  • Step #8 Cover with the rest of the batter, & sprinkle with the rest of the nut mixture.
  • Step #9 Bake for 20 mins in the preheated oven, then turn the oven down to 325F degrees F (165 degrees C) & bake for an extra 35 to 40 mins.
