Step #1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step #2 Grease cookie sheets.
Step #3 In a large mixing bowl, cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy.
Step #4 Beat in vanilla, egg & pumpkin.
Step #5 Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt & cinnamon; stir in theto mixture until well mixed.
Step #6 Cut the cranberries in half & stir in theto mixture along with the orange zest & walnuts.
Step #7 Drop by tspfuls onto cookie sheets.
Step #8 Bake for 10 to 12 mins.
