Step #2 In a medium saucepan mix sugar, cream & butter.
Step #3 Heat to between 234 & 240 degrees F (112 to 116 degrees C), or until a small amount of syrup dropped into cold water forms a soft ball that flattens when removed from the water & placed on a flat surface.
Step #4 Stir in marshmallow creme & white chocolate chips; mix well.
Step #5 Reserve 2 separate 1/2 c of mixture & set aside.
Step #6 To one of the reserved 1/2 c mixture add red food coloring until desired shade of red is achieved.
Step #7 To the other 1/2 c of mixture add green food coloring until desired shade of green is achieved.
Step #8 Pour white mixture into prepared pan.
Step #9 Pour dots of both the red & green mixtures across the top.
Step #10 Using a toothpick or knife, swirl colors throughout the white.
Step #11 Chill for 2 hrs & cut into 2 inch squares.
