Crunch Top Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 c melted butter
  • 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c cornflakes cereal, crushed
  • 2 (15 oz) cans sliced potatoes, drained

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Pour butter into a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Step #3 Arrange potato slices in a single layer over the butter.
  • Step #4 Combine the cheese, cornflakes & paprika in a bowl & sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes.
  • Step #5 Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 20 mins or until heated through.
