Ingredients
1 tsp paprika
1/4 c melted butter
1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c cornflakes cereal, crushed
2 (15 oz) cans sliced potatoes, drained
Directions
Step #1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step #2 Pour butter into a 9x13 inch pan.
Step #3 Arrange potato slices in a single layer over the butter.
Step #4 Combine the cheese, cornflakes & paprika in a bowl & sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes.
Step #5 Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 20 mins or until heated through.
