Ingredients
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 c dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp prepared Dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp prepared horseradish
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 tbsp margarine, melted
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
4 (4 oz) fillets halibut
Directions
Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step #2 Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Step #3 In a small bowl, horseradish, mustard, mix together mayonnaise, & lemon juice.
Step #4 Stir in 1/4 c bread crumbs & 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese.
Step #5 Arrange fish fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
Step #6 Spread bread crumb mixture evenly over fish.
Step #7 In a small bowl, 1/4 c bread crumbs, mix together melted margarine, & 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese.
Step #8 Sprinkle top over the coated halibut.
Step #9 Bake for 15 to 18 mins, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
