Dijon Crusted Halibut Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp prepared Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
  •  
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp margarine, melted
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 (4 oz) fillets halibut

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • Step #3 In a small bowl, horseradish, mustard, mix together mayonnaise, & lemon juice.
  • Step #4 Stir in 1/4 c bread crumbs & 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese.
  • Step #5 Arrange fish fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Step #6 Spread bread crumb mixture evenly over fish.
  • Step #7 In a small bowl, 1/4 c bread crumbs, mix together melted margarine, & 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top over the coated halibut.
  • Step #9 Bake for 15 to 18 mins, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
