2 (14.5 oz) cans French-style green beans, drained
1 c mayonnaise
1 c uncooked wild rice
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of celery soup
3 c cooked, cubed chicken breast meat
1 (4 oz) jar sliced pimento peppers, drained
1 onion, sliced
1 c water chestnuts, drained & sliced
3 c water
salt & pepper to taste

Step #1
Combine water & wild rice in a saucepan, & bring to a boil.
Step #2 Reduce heat, cover, & let simmer for 50 mins, or until tender.
Step #3 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step #4 In a large bowl, green beans, salt, chicken, mayonnaise, onion, toss together the cooked rice, water chestnuts, pimentos, cream of celery soup, & pepper.
Step #5 Transfer to a 3 quart casserole dish.
Step #6 Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 mins, or until heated through.
