Ingredients
  • 2 Pounds of Wild Pacific Salmon
  • 1 Small Fresh Lemon
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/8 Cup Bourbon
  • Dash of Red Pepper Flakes

Directions
  1. Combine lemon juice and brown sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add bourbon until it becomes a paste.
  3. Place Salmon in a olive oil coated, sided pan.
  4. Spread sweet bourbon paste on salmon.
  5. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes,or until cooked.
  6. ~Serve with a Marsh Seed (Wild Rice) Salad~
