- 2 Pounds of Wild Pacific salmon shopping list
- 1 Small fresh lemon shopping list
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/8 Cup bourbon shopping list
- Dash of red pepper flakes shopping list
How to make it
- Combine lemon juice and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Add bourbon until it becomes a paste.
- Place Salmon in a olive oil coated, sided pan.
- Spread sweet bourbon paste on salmon.
- Bake in a 450 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked.
- Serve with a Marsh Seed (Wild Rice) Salad
