How to make it

  • Combine lemon juice and brown sugar in a bowl.
  • Add bourbon until it becomes a paste.
  • Place Salmon in a olive oil coated, sided pan.
  • Spread sweet bourbon paste on salmon.
  • Bake in a 450 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked.
  • Serve with a Marsh Seed (Wild Rice) Salad
