Wildflower Chicken Salad

- 10 boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 3/4 c. lightly toasted almonds shopping list
- 2 med. bunches white seedless grapes, sliced shopping list
- DRESSING: shopping list
- 2 c. mayo shopping list
- 1/2 c. orange juice (this may be adjusted to taste) shopping list
- 6 packages Splenda, or 6 tbs sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Boil chicken in salted water until tender. Cool.
- Shred or chop, your preference
- Combine chicken w/sliced grapes and toasted almonds; salt and pepper to taste
- Combine dressing ingredients and add to chicken mixture.
- Serve with romaine lettuce, sliced tomato, and fougasse or italian bread on the side
