Roasted Tomato Marinara Sauce

Homemade pasta sauce, once you see how easy this is you will never buy the store bought again. Why would you?
Ingredients
- 3 T. olive oil shopping list
- 4 1/2 lbs. tomatoes on the vine (roughly chopped) shopping list
- 6 garlic cloves crushed shopping list
- 2 T. crushed red pepper shopping list
- 4 T. freshly picked basil leaves shopping list
- sea salt shopping list
- ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Throw all ingredient into a roasting pan and toss around to get the olive oil coating everything.
- Roast for about 1 1/2 hours or until the tomatoes have gotten a little color.
