How to make it

  • Drain yogurt through a cheesecloth for 2 hours until liquid is mainly released from yogurt
  • Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise.
  • Using a spoon take out the seeds from the cucumbers.
  • Salt the cucumbers and flip upside down on paper towels for a half hour to take away the moisture.
  • Chop cucumbers roughly.
  • Throw everything in a food processor and turn on until smooth.
