I worked in starbucks for 3 years while at college, this is how they make their french press coffee when conducting tastings.

Ingredients
- 50g Coffee, Ground for a French Press
- Water
Directions
- Put the coffee into a large French Press
- Add boiling water and leave to brew for 4 minutes
- After 4 minues, press down the 'plunger' on the French press
- Serve, the coffee will stay fresh for 20 mins (this is according to Starbucks, it will last a bit longer if you have quite a bit left but it will be pretty strong!)
