Almond Cheese Spread Pinecone

- 8 oz spreadable cheddar shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese shopping list
- 5 oz jar of Roka Blue (Kraft) shopping list
- 4 oz bleu cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 1 pkg whole almonds, roasted and cooled shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients.
- Form into a pinecone shape (sort of a triangle with rounded corners)
- Place on serving dish and chill for several hours.
- When ready to serve, beginning with the narrow end and continuing all around the base, press almonds (pointy side out) at a slight angle into cheese mixture.
- Continue staggering and overlapping almonds until all the rows are completed and all the cheese is covered.
- Insert an artificial sprig of pine needles at the top. If using a real spring, wrap stem with plastic wrap before inserting.
- Serve with crackers. The number of servings will vary.
