- 1/2 BUNCH flat leaf parsley shopping list
- 1 TEASPOON COARSE ground black pepper shopping list
- 3/4 STICK OF salted butter shopping list
How to make it
- IN A BLENDER MINCE GARLIC,PARSLEY
- MIX GARLIC,PARSLEY,BLACK PEPPER WITH BUTTER
- DEVIDE INTO 6-8 PIECES
- MAKE 6-8 LARGE BURGERS.
- MAKE A LITTLE WELL IN THE MIDDLE OF EACH BURGER
- PUT THE BUTTER MIX AND SEAL WITH A SMALL AMOUNT
- OF GROUND BEEF IN SUCH A WAY AS IF THE BUTTER MIX
- IS IN THE CENTER BETWEEN TWO THINNER PATTIES.
- GRILL HAMBURGERS ON GRILL FOR ABOUT 5 -6 MINUTES
- ON EACH SIDE TILL YOU SEE/SMELL THE MIX IS MELTING
- AND SPREADING THROUGH THE BURGER
- BE FACY AND USE SOME ARUGULA,RIPE BEEFSTEAK TOMATOES.
- AND VOILA
