Homemade Irish cream that you can drink like that or use in other drinks and recipes. A friend was kind enough to give this to me many years ago and I thought I would share it.

Ingredients
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 16 oz half and half
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp boiling water
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 8 oz rye whiskey

Directions
  1. Mix water with instant coffee.
  2. Add other ingredients and mix.
  3. Pour into a glass bottle and refrigerate.
  4. Let set overnight.
