Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb ground sirloin
  • 1 onion, shredded
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1 egg
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Add rice, crackers, bread, or wheat germ to add bulk and form a loaf
  • Variations: Fritos and Salsa, Rice & Soy Sauce, Green Peppers and Tomato Soup
  • Use your imagination

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients in a bowl and blend forming a thick consistency
  2. Use non-stick spray in a loaf pan
  3. Add mixture
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
