How to make it

  • Put oil in a heavy skillet then brown pork chops in the oil.
  • When both sides are brown stir together vinegar, sweetener and soy sauce then pour over chops.
  • Scatter onion on top then cover and turn burner to low and let chops simmer 45 minutes.
  • Turn chops occasionally and when done serve chops with onions and syrup from pan.
