Delicious recipe for spinach dip that is always a hit for parties!

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. Knorr Leek soup mix (1.8 oz.)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (10 oz.)
  • 8 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped
  • *Serve with crackers or serve in bread bowl. I love to use King's Hawaiian Sweet Bread.

Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, mayo and dry leek soup mix.
  2. Stir in chopped spinach and water chestnuts.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.
  4. *If using bread bowl - remove the top and interior, fill with dip. Tear removed bread into pieces for dipping. Enjoy!
