Spinach Dip

Delicious recipe for spinach dip that is always a hit for parties!
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix (1.8 oz.) shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup mayo shopping list
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (10 oz.) shopping list
- 8 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped shopping list
- *Serve with crackers or serve in bread bowl. I love to use King's Hawaiian Sweet bread. shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, mayo and dry leek soup mix.
- Stir in chopped spinach and water chestnuts.
- Chill in the refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.
- *If using bread bowl - remove the top and interior, fill with dip. Tear removed bread into pieces for dipping. Enjoy!
