A very easy and quick pasta supper

Ingredients
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers (pureed)
  • 1/2 cup pinenuts
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 4 cooked turkey sausages
  • 2 cups tri-colour fusilli
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

Directions
  1. Combine pureed red peppers,pinenuts, raw green onions dill and sesame seeds.
  2. Add olive oil & vinegar,set aside.
  3. Cook sausages.
  4. Drain the fat from the pan and toss in the green pepper for about 3 minutes, just to sear.
  5. Cook pasta as per the directions on the box, and toss all of the ingredients together.
  6. Mix thoroughly and enjoy.
