I'm going to try making this tonight! Thanks!

I've been looking for a good crockpot potato soup recipe and this one sounds very simple and really yummy - I put it in my bookmarks! :)

This is sure to be a hit at my house. Thanks for sharing.

When do you add the flour?

What size of a slow cooker are you using? I have a 5.5 quart slow cooker. Since I am not much of a cook. I have decided that with a slow cooker then I can make enough, eat what a want now and freeze the rest for a later date.

When do you add flour?

Ever tried using veggie buillion or broth instead of the chicken? (my hubby is allergic to chicken but loves potato soup).
