STRAWBERRY SHAG This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Cashion Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1996.
Ingredients
- 2 large sprigs fresh basil shopping list
- 4 fresh strawberries coated with powdered sugar shopping list
- 1-1/2 ounces vodka shopping list
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 4 ounces chilled soda water shopping list
How to make it
- Press fresh strawberries and basil together then fill cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add vodka and lemon juice then cap and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a large glass then top with soda water and stir.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry and basil leave.
