Hot Sausage and Cheese Puffs

- 1 lb hot italian sausage shopping list
- 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- 3 cups Bisquick shopping list
- 3/4 to 1 cup milk shopping list
How to make it
- Remove sausage from casing and saute, breaking up the meat.
- Drain off fat.
- Place in a bowl and cool.
- Add cheese, Bisquick and milk.
- Mix until well blended.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet about 2-inches apart.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until puffed and browned.
