How to make it

  • Remove sausage from casing and saute, breaking up the meat.
  • Drain off fat.
  • Place in a bowl and cool.
  • Add cheese, Bisquick and milk.
  • Mix until well blended.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet about 2-inches apart.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until puffed and browned.
