Ingredients
  • 6, burrito size, flour tortillas
  • 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 - 1 jar of your favorite salsa
  • 24 thin slices of deli turkey

Directions
  1. Mix together cream cheese and salsa (use salsa sparingly, you don't want your mixture too thin and runny)
  2. spread mixture over tortillas (not too thin and not too thick)
  3. place 4 turkey slices around tortilla, over cream cheese mixture
  4. Roll up tightly
  5. slice, slowly, into pinwheels, with serrated knife
  6. Chill for 30 minutes or more
  7. Serve and enjoy!
