How to make it

  • Mix together cream cheese and salsa (use salsa sparingly, you don't want your mixture too thin and runny)
  • spread mixture over tortillas (not too thin and not too thick)
  • place 4 turkey slices around tortilla, over cream cheese mixture
  • Roll up tightly
  • slice, slowly, into pinwheels, with serrated knife
  • Chill for 30 minutes or more
  • Serve and enjoy!
