How to make it

  • beat the veal
  • dip veal in flour and cook very lighly in butter
  • but aside
  • add butter in pot and add a spoon of flour and disolve in butter (makes souce thick)
  • add mushrooms,spinach and sundried tommatoes
  • add veal saute ontil all veg nice and soft
  • add marsal wine
  • turn on low heat and let cook 4 a minute or 2
  • then add beif broth
  • when souce is nice and thick add veal in baking dish and add cheese bake on til cheese is melted
