Ingredients
  • crumble pie dough:
  • 300 gram gluten-free flour
  • 50 gram unsalted butter
  • cold water (2-3 dl)
  • 5 gram salt
  • filling:
  • 4 oven apples
  • 100 gram sugar
  • 75 gram Brown candy sugar
  • 1/4 nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 spoon cinnamon
  • Calvados (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calvados_(spirit))
  • 45 gram gluten-free flour

Directions
  1. Prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients, except the water
  2. Add water until you have a firm ball of dough that does not stick to you fingers anymore.
  3. Put this ball of dough in the fridge for at least an hour.
  4. Prepare the filling by mixing the 2 sugars, the flour, the nutmeg and the cinnamon.
  5. Cover a pie pan (18cm) with butter and cover with 75% of the dough.
  6. Peel the apples and slice into 4 and remove the core.
  7. Slice every quarter into 3 slices.
  8. Cover the dough with the apple slices.
  9. Sprinkle some Calvados over the apples.
  10. Sprinkle the mixed sugar, flour , etc.. over the apple slices
  11. Crumble the rest of the dough over the apple/mixture
  12. Put in an oven for 45-50 minutes at 200°C/400°F
  13. Bon appetit.
